Laura and I worked diligently over a period of 4 months while I navigated a confusing auto claim, and she was patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I must have called her once a week for months with new questions, or needing help communicating with the claims department and she never let me down. I've never utilized an agent to do things on my behalf, but being a single mom working full time, and being a full time student, I simply didn't have time to make all the necessary calls to get my car fixed up and paid for accordingly.
